Epoque ERX-C1010/ C-1010-X2 by Sim Chee Ghee Introduced at the DEMA 2008 show, alongside a housing for Leica M8 (!), this compact housing ERX- C1010 is built for the Canon EOS 1000D/ Kiss F/ Rebel XS and the ERX-C1010-X2 for 450D/Kiss X2/Rebel XSi . Their housing for the new Canon EOS 500D/Kiss X3/ Rebel T1i will be released towards the end of May 2009, code named the ERX-X1010-X3. The housing body retails at only ¥75,000 for the C-1010 and ¥80,000 fpr the C-1010- X2( Japan RRP without shipping & TAX), these housings are indeed very interesting for entry-level DSLR users, as well as compact camera upgraders, especially as both the Canon EOS 1000D and 450D are being offered everywhere at low prices!
